    I can confirm it's safe and still works even with Windows 10 because I just used it on Windows 10. I'm very stringent about safe files on my hard disk ergo I looked over key files via 7-zip, it's safe. :-)

    Just make sure you place the unzipped/extracted PS folder somewhere where you can easily find it (such as your desktop), then open up the folder to find the 'PS' icon (that is the executable "Photoshop" file which 'activates' PS, but you have to right click the file and click "Run as Administrator" - because PS doesn't technically 'install' on your computer hence the "portable version" and why you need to set administrator permission to get it working.. it's completely logical if you give it some thought. You can also right click again over the PS icon/file and "Create a shortcut" to place a shortcut anywhere you'd like (such as on your desktop, or taskbar, or start menu (which sucks if you're using Windows 10 without tiles because you dislike tiles like I do). Just remember, if you decide to move the Photoshop folder after making a shortcut, you'll have to edit that shortcut to point where the folder has moved - or simply delete the old shortcut and just make a new one.

    Yes, it's completely "portable" and that's the true beauty of this particular version, so you can run it from a USB flash drive from any computer (like helping a friend over at their place to make some graphics or tweak their Facebook pictures) or run it from even a backup drive.

    Well, to the point... thanks so much, Mr. Bashir, for sharing this wonderful gem of a program! I tried Gimp and Paint.net, they're okay, but actually Photoshop is much easier to use because there are endless tutorials because it's so popular.
